++Spring 2012 1st Installment Due++ February 15, 2012 Spring 2012 1st installment is due on Wed., February 15, 2012. If you have not scheduled your installment to be automatically deducted on that date, please be sure to log in by the due date to make your payment and avoid a late fee. All notices concerning bills are sent to the student’s Rowan e-mail account.
Any student with a zero or credit balance must confirm their registration by logging into student self-service, click on "Bursar Services" then "Confirm Registration." Failure to do so by the billing due date may result in cancellation of your classes. Reminder: To waive the student health insurance charge, select the student health insurance waiver from the main menu in student self-service. To make a payment on-line: Log into student self-service. Click "Access Banner Services," you will be required to enter the Student ID # and Password. Once you are in the secure system, click on "Bursar Services" and then "Make a Payment." To add authorized users to view your bill & make payment, students must log into student self-service. Once logged in, click on "Bursar Services," then click "make a payment" to be directed to the secure payment site. Once there, click the "authorized users" tab. You will need to enter in the email addresses for any person you would like to set up. Authorized users will be sent an email with a username and password in order to log in and view your statements and make payments.
Need to Make a Payment for a Previous Semester? In order to make a payment for a past due balance, click on the link below to access the on-line payment system. Enter your log-in information to access the site. Once you log into the payment system, please click on Previous Terms under the "quick view" screen. On the following screen, click on the drop down button at "view transactions by term." Select the term you would like to pay and click go. You will then be able to view the balance due for that semester. Select "make a payment" at the bottom of the screen. Follow the instructions for paying with a credit card or electronic check. Parents or relatives can easily & instantly add funds to your 'Boro Bucks account with a credit card at the guest log in area using your Rowan ID #. Log into "Access Banner Services" with your Rowan ID & PIN.
