Mission Statement

The Organizational Development and Personnel Policies (ODPP) department supports the mission and values of Rowan University.  The experience of education and learning are the core of professional development.   Building around that core, the mission of ODPP is to provide experience based professional development programs designed for practical application in the workplaces.  ODPP offers a wide range of educational and training modules developed to increase knowledge, enhance existing skills, and facilitate learning new skills.  We also offer customized training programs based on department or individual needs.   Above all, we strive to keep learning fun.
