CWA and Organizational Development are happy to announce a pilot mentoring program for CWA professionals. This program will match experienced CWA members with junior members and new CWA employees to aid in their transition to Rowan. Some of the responsibilities will include:
Act as a positive role model
Help new employees gain a greater understanding of their role at the University
Decrease the amount of time it takes to get up to speed for everyday tasks
Act as a sounding board when issues arise
Attached are tools to help mentors establish and develop an effective relationship with their protégés.
