Approved stationery
vendors
The following print vendors are approved by Purchasing and
University Publications for printing letterhead, business
cards and envelopes. These
printers have agreed to abide by the University’s
Graphic Standards. However, it is the responsiblity of
the University client to monitor the vendor's compliance
on a project. If you need help in working with a vendor
on compliance, please contact Purchasing.
Print vendors for projects other than stationery must abide
by the Graphic Standards and purchasing policy. If you work
with a vendor on a brochure, newsletter or other project,
be sure to requisition vendor services through Purchasing. No
purchase of letterhead, envelopes or business cards will
be approved or reimbursed to departments or individuals if
it is not from an approved or contract printer.
