Welcome to the Bursar's Office of Rowan University!

Tuition bills for Spring 2009 will be mailed the week of

November 17, 2008.

 

Due date for all spring bills is December 17, 2008.

 

Anyone registering for classes during final registration or drop/add are required to make payment at the time classes are added.

Students can review their charges on-line by logging into student self-service.

 

 


ROWAN DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN -

Any student can enroll in the Deferred Payment Plan.  This plan allows student's to pay their tuition in three installments.  There is a $30.00 fee to enroll in the plan. The first installment is due no later than December 17, 2008.

Any student who signs up for Deferred Payment will have the option to schedule their two future installments.  If you schedule your installments, the payment will be automatically deducted from either your checking account or credit card on the installment due date.  If you choose not to schedule your payments, you will need to go into the on-line system to make your payments.


Want to make a payment on-line?

Students: Log into student self-service. Click "Access Banner Services," you will be required to enter your Student ID # and Password. Once you are in the secure system, click on "Bursar Services" and then "Make a Payment." This will take you directly to the on-line payment system. Once you have accessed the payment system, you can set up authorized users to make payments on your account. Simply click on the tab "Authorized Users" and follow the instructions. Authorized users will be sent an email on how to log in to make payments on your account.

Parents & Others: Click the link below to access the on-line payment system. If you have been set up as an authorized user, you will need to use that log-in information to access the site. If you have not been set up as an authorized user yet, please be sure to have your student set you up. Parent on-line payment access


'Boro Bucks - 2 ways to add funds

To add funds to your 'Boro Bucks account for immediate use simply go to: myrowancard.rowan.edu and log in with your Net ID and password. Follow the steps to deposit money using a credit card. The funds will be available in your 'Boro Bucks account once your credit card transaction is complete.

Parents or relatives can easily & instantly add funds to your 'Boro Bucks account with a credit card at the guest log in area using your Rowan ID #.

Add funds to your 'Boro Bucks account using available credit from your student tuition account or with a credit card. Log into "Access Banner Services" with your Rowan ID & PIN. Under "Bursar Services" select "Buy 'Boro Bucks using financial aid credit." Funds will be available starting August 25,2008 for the fall semester.

** 'Boro Bucks added in person at the Bursar's Office or on-line at www.rowan.edu/selfservice will not be available on your RowanCard until the next business day. If you want your funds available immediately, you must add them through myrowancard.rowan.edu using a credit card.


The Bursar's Office manages these major University functions:

  • Cashiering - posting payments, providing customer payment information, account inquiries
  • Billing and Collections - send bills & reminder notices, delinquent student accounts, collection agency management
  • Student Aid Disbursement - apply financial assistance from all souces to student accounts; disburse excess aid to students
  • RowanCard - daily management of campus spending account, processing of meal plans
