Welcome to the English Language Programs at Rowan University!

Based at the Camden campus, the ELP offers courses and programs at both the Camden and Glassboro campuses. We have been serving the Camden and South Jersey community for forty years, and have made it our mission to provide access to higher education to all eligible English Language Learners who are interested in a university education.

Our programs reach out to the diversity of English Language Learners in South Jersey and throughout the world. Please use the links below to search for the program that best suits your needs.
