International Student Forms

The Rowan University at Camden ESL Program does not provide housing for international students.  If you are interested in our program, you must provide your own housing and this information must be written on the application.

In order to receive an I-20, you must include the following in your application packet (you will need Adobe Acrobat to view the following forms):

• completed application form,
• $100 application fee,
• copy of high school diploma or university academic record, and
• proof of financial responsibility (whether funding yourself or by sponsor)

If you are funding yourself you must show the following:

• your bank statement, and
• proof of your income.

If you have a sponsor, you must show:

• an affidavit of support,
• your sponsor's bank statement, and
• proof of your sponsor's income.

Your or your sponsor's bank/notary can fill out and stamp the following forms for proof of financial resources:

• Certification of Financial Resources, and
• Bank/Guarantor/Student Certification
