The Office of Multicultural Affairs invites the Rowan community to experience the Piscatawy Indian Nation Dancers cultural celebration and information event. You will be exposed to the rich heritage and historical truths of the native American Indian in New Jersey and the country.

  Tunnel of Oppression

The Office of Multicultural Affairs, Help Hotline, LUCY-VOX, and student volunteers present "The Tunnel of Oppression". The tunnel can be a highly interactive or passive event that brings awareness to the various oppressive actions and conditions that exists globally, nationally, and locally. The tunnel presentation is meant to invoke reflection. The tours are generally 6-8 minutes in length and the overall intent of the program is to have people remember that there are systemic atrocities, visible and invisible in some cases that occur every day and we all can, and should have a hand in becoming ally?s to end oppression.
