StudentCare - Students who Care to be Aware

StudentCare was founded in September 2008 and is a group of highly dedicated students.  This group learns about an array of health and wellness topics. Students are trained in peer facilitation skills to help other students who are struggling.  StudentCare also reaches out to the Rowan community by participating in numerous on-campus events and promoting overall health and wellness.  They typically meet as a group once a week. Check out our Facebook page for current events and photos!

During the 2010-2011 academic year, StudentCare participated in the Great American Smoke-Out, All You Need is Love (suicide prevention and awareness), and Take Back the Night, working with the Counseling and Psychological Services Center. Each year is a new adventure, and StudentCare is constantly increasing their knowledge about topics that directly impact their college peers.

All Rowan students are invited and encouraged to join StudentCare!
