Facilities

Rowan University offers an array of unique spaces on campus to accommodate your organization’s event needs.

Listed below are the various venues that organizations can rent.

Banquet and Conference Rooms
The Chamberlain Student Center is home to the Eynon Ballroom. The ballroom is utilized for a variety of purposes; groups have hosted semi formal dances in the ballroom, career fairs, conferences, banquets, and a variety of other events.  The ballroom can comfortably accommodate groups up to 550 people. 

Pfleeger Concert Hall
The Harold F. Wilson Music Building is home to our 895 seat Clarke M. Pfleeger Concert Hall.  This space also has two large rehearsal rooms, practice rooms, and a recital hall.

Meeting Rooms
Our campus offers an assortment of different meeting/conference break out rooms.  These rooms range in size and can be specifically arranged to accommodate a group’s specific needs. 

Classroom Space
Rowan University has a variety of different classroom spaces on campus.  There are traditional classrooms available in addition to SMART style classrooms that are equipped with audio/visual technology.  Classroom sizes vary and range in capacity size from 15-100.

Summer Housing Accommodations
Summer housing is available beginning the last week in May through the first week in August.  The University offer a variety of different style housing from traditional residence halls, to suite style halls, and apartments/town homes. 

Athletic Facility Rentals
Rowan University has a variety of recreational and athletic facilities available.  Some of the University's more popular rentals include: the pools, the turf field and gymnasiums.
