Facilities & Services

The Office of Conference & Event Services offers one-stop event facilitation services. From meeting spaces to overnight accommodations to catering needs our staff works to make every event a success. We configure our facilities, equipment and room set-ups to best serve the needs of our guests.

More than 200 camps, conferences and events are held at Rowan each year. These events range in size from under 10 to over 1,000 participants and guests. Rowan University offers an array of unique spaces on campus to accommodate events. From large networking receptions to small seminars, there is a space at Rowan designed to meet every need.

Banquet and Conference Rooms

The Chamberlain Student Center is home to the Eynon Ballroom. The redesigned and renovated ballroom serves a variety of purposes, including but not limited to conferences, banquets and expos. The ballroom can comfortably accommodate events with up to 450 participants.

Performing Arts Venues

Wilson Hall is home to our 895-seat W. Clarke Pfleeger Concert Hall. This facility also has two large rehearsal rooms, practice rooms, and the 230-seat Boyd Recital Hall.

Meeting Rooms & Classrooms

Rowan offers an assortment of meeting and conference rooms. More than 100 technology-enhanced classrooms provide the ideal environment for multimedia-focused meetings and events.

Athletic Facilities

Rowan University has a variety of recreational and athletic facilities available. Some of the University's more popular rentals include two pools, the turf field at Richard Wackar Stadium, and the University's newly rennovated gymnasiums.

Housing Accommodations

Housing is available on a seasonal basis from the last week in May through the first week in August. The University's housing styles range from traditional residence halls to apartments and town homes with efficiency kitchens. Handicap-accessible accommodations and linen service are avaiable upon request.

Planetarium

Rowan's Edelman Planetarium offers star and laser shows as well as special presentations conducted by knowledgable and engaging staff. Arrangements can be made for a planetarium visit for up to 102 guests per show.
