External Clients
All outside organizations requesting use of space on the University’s campus must complete and return the Event Request Application form. Please note, we can only accommodate requests that are submitted at least 60 days prior to the event date.
Insurance Requirements
A certificate of insurance must be submitted along with the signed copy of a contract. Please review our specific insurance requirements.
TULIP Program
If your organization does not have an insurance policy, please explore the TULIP program. The University offers the TULIP program to all clients needing to purchase special event insurance coverage for an event/conference/camp.
Facility Usage Policy
Each event that takes place on campus will be reviewed to ensure compliance with the University Facility Usage Policy.
