Booking Your Event

All outside organizations requesting use of space on the University’s campus must complete and return an Event Request Application form.  Please note, requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event date. Each event request will be reviewed to ensure compliance with the University Facility Usage Policy.

Athletic Events
Rowan's athletic facilities are used for events such as youth football games, swim meets, basketball tournaments, and cheerleading and band competitions. Click here to submit an Event Request Application to the Conference & Event Services staff.

Fine & Performing Arts Events
Wilson Hall's stages have been home to a number of productions, competitions, and recitals. Click here to bring your next event to Rowan and light up the stage with your shining stars.

Meetings, Workshops, Conferences, and Special Events
Over 100 technology enhanced classrooms, a 5,600 square foot ballroom, and a number of other facilities and meeting rooms make Rowan University the ideal location for your next event. Submit an application to the Conference & Event Services staff to obtain a quote or request more information.

Residential Camps and Conferences
Summer is the time for residential camps, conferences and retreats at Rowan. From athletic camps to religious retreats, our courteous and customer focused staff will work with you to make your stay a memorable experience. To schedule you event, or request additional information, submit an application.

Insurance Requirements
Rowan University requires a certificate of insurance for each event. A copy of the University's specific insurance requirements can be found here.

If your organization does not have an insurance policy, or your current policy does not meet the University's requirements, please explore TULIP (Tenants and Users Liability Insurance Policy). TULIP is offered through the University Risk Management and Insurance Association (URMIA).

TULIP is available to Rowan University guests needing to purchase event insurance coverage. Information on obtaining a quote for coverage and purchasing a policy can be found here.
