Communication, Leadership, and Social Development

Social experiences provide you with opportunities to enhance your communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to work and relate to others in a variety of situations. The sorority allows new students to meet and get to know many people on campus. These experiences should be used to explore diversity, multiculturalism, and gender issues, as well as leadership development.
