Tau Kappa Epsilon
"Not for wealth, rank or honor...but for personal worth and character" is the motto of Tau Kappa Epsilon and best exemplifies our membership. TKE prides itself in being the largest and most diverse fraternity on campus, serving as a model to other fraternities on campus and throughout the nation. Fraters of the Omicron-Iota chapter are the most involved on campus with leadership positions ranging from SGA, PROS, FL!P, Resident Assistants, IFC and IGC. The Omicron-Iota chapter was recently declared as the Best Chapter in the Northeast (Spring 2006) and is nationally recognized as a Top 20 school for recruitment (2005-2006). TKE deems sterling character and staunch uprightness as prerequisites for membership. Tau Kappa Epsilon was founded on January 10th, 1899 at Illinois Wesleyan University and on Rowan's campus on May 4th, 1974. |
