  • Accounting Mentorship Program

    Program Goals and Objectives:

    The goal of the Accounting Mentorship Program is to provide a mechanism by which students can obtain a better understanding of the challenges and rewards of Accounting from those presently working as accounting professionals. This enhanced understanding should help solidify the choice of profession for those students who are interested or potentially interested in Accounting. It provides students with a perspective that cannot be provided by faculty.

  • Alumni Mentorship Program

    Program Goals and Objectives:

    The Alumni Mentorship Program is a process designed to have alumni work with Rowan University students to help them maximize their student experience and ultimately begin meaningful careers. The mentors consist of Rowan College of Business alumni. Primary candidates for the program are Rowan University College of Business juniors and seniors. Alumni will focus on mentoring students towards their most prevalent needs.

  • Finance Mentorship Program

    Program Goals and Objectives:

    The goal of the Finance Mentorship Program is to develop a process that connects finance students with Rowan alum currently working in the finance field. The students gain a greater understanding of the finance field, particularly in terms of career and educational options, while the mentors have the opportunity to reconnect with the university and serve as a positive role model to our students. Finance Mentors can provide a real-world perspective on the finance field that may otherwise not be available to students.
