The New Jersey Business Incubation Network (NJBIN)
This organization is a collaborative state-wide community of business experts and resource facilities dedicated to enhancing the commercial success of early stage entrepreneurial companies, with a goal towards growing higher paying jobs in New Jersey and supporting the Economic Growth Strategy for the State. Through NJBIN incubators, early stage companies are provided critical support services including coaching, access to capital, technical and business resources and networking opportunities. The incubators offer flexible office or laboratory space in a professional business environment.
South Jersey Technology Park
The South Jersey Technology Park combines the expertise of renowned Rowan University engineering, science and business faculty with a broad range of University facilities’ and resources to create a technology center that addresses the needs of growing technology businesses. Rowan areas of expertise include biotechnology, energy and environment, materials research, process technologies, applied industrial R&D, transportation and infrastructure, safety and security, and intelligent systems. Housed within the Samuel H. Jones Innovation Center, Rowan University’s Technology Business Incubator, managed by the Rohrer College of Business, provides business incubation facilities and services for emerging, regional, high growth technology businesses.
The State of New Jersey Commission on Science & Technology
Established in 1985, the Commission is responsible for the development and oversight of policies and programs promoting science and technology research and entrepreneurship in New Jersey.
Entrepreneurs Forum of Southern New Jersey (EFSNJ)
The Entrepreneurs Forum of Southern New Jersey, Inc. (EFSNJ), a not-for-profit organization headquartered in southern New Jersey, is dedicated to fostering the development of entrepreneurial ideas and ventures, and improving the success rate of emerging, growth-oriented companies. The EFSNJ's focus is to service the needs of entrepreneurs, businesses, and educational institutions located in the South Jersey region, primarily the counties of Burlington, Ocean, Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic, Salem, Cumberland, and Cape May.
Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Technology administers the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program which provides competitive grants ensuring that the nation's small, high-tech, innovative businesses are a significant part of the federal government's research and development efforts.
New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC)
The New Jersey Technology Council provides business support, networking opportunities, information, advocacy and recognition of technology companies and their leaders. Founded in 1996, NJTC's more than 1,200 member companies work together to support their own enterprises while advancing New Jersey's status as a leading technology center in the United States.
