Ihsan Isik Professor - Finance Biography: Dr. Isik received his B.S. in Management from METU, his M.S. in Finance from Texas Tech University, his M.A. in Economics and his Ph.D. in Financial Economics from University of New Orleans (December 2000). Before joining Rowan University in Fall 2001, Dr. Isik had worked for NJIT for two years as an assistant professor of finance and accounting. His research and teaching interest is in the field of Financial Markets and Institutions. He has several national and international conference presentations (ERF, FMA, SWFAD) and research papers on banking, of which two appeared in the Journal of Banking and Finance. Dr. Isik is a member of the International Financial Management Association and he is a research fellow of the Economic Research Forum.
