Richard Marmon Associate Professor - Accounting Biography: Richard Marmon has been teaching specialized courses in accounting and law since 1985 with a particular emphasis on individual and business entity taxation. Professor Marmon has previous "big-eight" public accounting experience and served as a law clerk for the honorable Philip Gruccio, J.A.D. He attained his J.D degree from Widner University with a primary field of taxation and is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. He also earned a M.B.A degree from LaSalle University and is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars. Dr. Marmon has gained considerable insight into the development of the U.S. taxing authorities and presents an engaging and lively presentation of tax law in an historical and constitutional setting.
