Michael Banutu-Gomez Associate Professor - Management Biography: Dr. Banutu-Gomez joined the management faculty at Rowan in 2000 to teach courses in the area of Organizational Behavior. His publications are in the areas of organizational culture and cross-cultural differences. Dr. Banutu-Gomez holds a BA from Eastern Connecticut State, an MSW from Boston University and a PhD from Case Western Reserve University.
