Kathleen Pereles Associate Professor - Management Biography: Dr. Kathleen Pereles is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Management/MIS. She earned an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Economics from St. Bonaventure University, '69 (St. Bonaventure, New York), an M.B.A. from Widener University in the area of Manpower Policy ('84) and a Ph.D. from Temple University in Human Resources Administration and Organizational Development ('97). She has been teaching at the collegiate level since 1981 - currently in the fields of Management, Organizational Behavior, and Organizational Change. She was appointed as the Coordinator of the Thomas N. Bantivoglio Honors Program at Rowan University on September 1, 2006. Dr. Pereles' research interests are in the areas of non-traditional organizations, non-traditional workers, and teaching excellence. Her most recent work includes publications in the areas of labor arbitration and the contingent workforce and she has worked with two student groups as they made presentations to professional and academic organizations. She serves as an organizational development consultant for both non-profit and for-profit organizations in the Delaware Valley; and in her eight years at Rowan has won seven awards for teaching excellence.
