Joel Rudin Professor - Management Biography: Dr. Rudin is the coordinator of the Human Resource Management major. He advises all of the HRM juniors and seniors. He advises the student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, which co-hosts an annual Career Fair. He has a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Cornell University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. He is also the founding editor of the Journal of Workplace Rights.
