Manuel Pontes Professor - Marketing Biography: Dr. Pontes joined the marketing faculty at Rowan in 2000 to teach courses in the areas of retailing services, marketing, and marketing channels. He has recently published articles about relationship selling, customer service and medical decision making from a marketing perspective. Dr. Pontes holds a BS from the University of Bombay, an MS from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a PhD from the University of Florida. He is a member of the Marketing Task Force for the New Jersey Diabetes Council.
