Keith S. Campbell, Chairman, Mannington Mills Inc.

He is Chairman of the Board of Mannington Mills, Inc., of Salem, NJ. Mannington Mills manufactures commercial and residential vinyl flooring, commercial carpet, hardwood and laminate flooring. The company employs over 2,000 workers at its seven plants throughout the United States.

The Campbell family owns Mannington Mills and Mr. Campbell is the fourth generation to serve as its Chairman. He has spent his entire career at Mannington, holding such diverse positions as Sales Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, Assistant Director of Manufacturing, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Executive Vice President. He joined the Board of Directors in 1983 and was appointed Chairman in August 1995.

Keith S. Campbell has served as a member of the Rowan University Foundation Board of Directors since 2007. He had a previous tenure on the Foundation Board from 1990-93. Mr. Campbell is also a former Chair of the Rowan University Board of Trustees and served on that board for more than a decade.

He is currently a Trustee of Muskingum College in Ohio, where he received his bachelor's degree in business in 1977.

Mr. Campbell is the president of "Stand Up For Salem," a volunteer-based non-profit program aimed at the revitalization of the city of Salem, NJ. He is also the CEO of the Council for Growth of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Among his many philanthropic activities and professional affiliations, he serves on the Board of South Jersey Industries and the Board of Directors/Advisory Committee of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He served as a past director of the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce and is a trustee with the United Way of Salem County.
