Global Training of Expatriates: The Case of Foreign Banks Operating in Turkey

This paper examines the current state of global training provided by international firms. Though an important subject in international business, global training did not receive sufficient research attention in the literature. The present research studies how expatriates are trained prior to and during their international assignment. Foreign banks operating in Turkey represent the sample frame for the study.
