Master of Arts in Writing
Effective for Students Entering Fall 2011 and later
The MA in Writing is a 10 course/30 credit program; students attending full-time typically complete the program in two years. Many students attend part-time and spread coursework out over five or more semesters. All students take a required core of four courses—Core I and II and Seminar I and II (12 credit hours); four courses (12 credits) in a specialized track; two additional courses (6 credits) from any track or, with MA coordinator approval, from another department on campus.
Full course descriptions can be found in the Rowan University Graduate Catalog, begining on p. 35.
