Rowan Literacy Consortium
The Rowan Literacy Consortium is a year-long professional development project consisting of between 20 and 25 teams working together to improve the writing curriculum in their building/district. The consortium is facilitated by Dr. Marjorie Madden and Dr. Valerie Lee from the College of Education's Reading Department. The theme for this year’s Consortium is “Effective Literacy Educators in the common Core Era”.
