Dean Leech Instructor Biography: Retired federal prison administrator. Teaching at Rowan since 1999, upon retirement, in either adjunct, visiting professor or 3/4 time instructor status. Clerked for a federal judge following graduation from law school. Member of the Texas bar (inactive) and Florida bar (retired). Actively teaching college classes since 1986. In NJ, I have taught at Cumberland County College, Richard Stockton and Rutgers-Camden along with my current 3/4 position at Rowan.
