Dean Leech

Instructor, M.A., J.D.

Biography:

Retired federal prison administrator.   Upon my retirement from the Federal Prison System, I have been teaching at Rowan since 1999 in either adjunct, visiting professor or 3/4 time instructor status. Clerked for a federal judge following graduation from law school.  Bar memberships: Texas (inactive) and Florida (retired).  Actively teaching college classes since 1986.  In NJ, I have taught at Cumberland County College, Richard Stockton and Rutgers-Camden along with my current 3/4 position at Rowan.
