8th Annual Rosa Parks Luncheon

The Africana Studies Program presents the Eighth Annual Rosa Parks Luncheon.  At the crossroads of freedom and equality, the event commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation, 100th anniversary of Harriet Tubman's death, and 50th anniversary of the March on Washington.

The luncheon features guest speaker Mr. Hari Jones, Assistant Director and Curator, The African American Civil War Memorial Freedom Foundation and Museum.

Donation:  $30.00 General and $15.00 Students.
