Professor Cuddy teaches Publication Layout and Design and Advanced Publication Layout and Design. She has written a book entitled, Communicating with QuarkXPress. Professor Cuddy chairs the Rowan Word Nerds and assists student publications. Her research interests include editing, layout and design.
Professor Kelley teaches Broadcast Writing, Electronic Journalism, and Communications Law. Her research interests include Nielsen ratings as TV Currency. Ms. Kelley hosts the NJN television series Another View and is the recipient of three Telly awards. She has also been nominated three times for an Emmy award.
Professor Berkey-Gerard teaches News Reporting I and Online Journalism I and II. He worked as the city government editor for GothamGazette.com, an online news site on New York City policy and politics. He writes for newspapers, magazines, blogs, and news Web sites and has appeared as a guest on public radio and television programs. His research interests include interactive news and online storytelling.
Dr. Hausman teaches Television News, Publishing Principles and Practices, Research Methods for News Reporting I and II, Problems in Contemporary Journalism Media Ethics, and Mass Media and Their Influences. He is the chair of the Journalism Department. Dr Hausman is the author of 20 nonfiction books, is the editor of a web-based newsletter on ethics, and has appeared on many network and local television and radio programs. His research interests include ethics, journalism of society, propaganda, and privacy issues. More.
Professor Quigley teaches Media Ethics, Newspaper Feature Writing and News Reporting 2. She worked as a reporter at these newspapers: The Philadelphia Inquirer, Palm Beach Post, Orlando Sentinel, Daytona Beach News-Journal and the Fayetteville Observer. Her research interests include media ethics, children and families journalism, narrative writing and pop culture. |
