Curriculum

The MA in Writing is a 30 credit program; students attending full-time typically complete the program in two years. All students take a required core of four courses—Core I and II and Seminar I and II (12 credit hours). 12 credits are used to develop expertise in a specialized track. 6 credits are used to take additional courses in a chosen track, to “mix and match” from other tracks, or take graduate level courses in other departments on campus.
