Carl Frandino

Mr. Frandino provides the College of Communication with technology support, electronic maintenance, and engineering support for the TV production studios and audio/video editing labs. Carl planned and supervised the installation of new studio sets, studio lighting systems and TV production equipment in Bozorth Hall.
Mr. Frandino continues to supervise the operations and technology upgrades in the college’s television facilities. Beyond Rowan, Carl is a Consulting Engineer for WMCN-DT Ch.44 in Atlantic City, NJ.

Mr. Gellhaus is the Chief Engineer of WGLS-FM, the Rowan University radio station. He is responsible for maintaining the quality of the station’s audio, network, and broadcast signals. Bill is the president of the Philadelphia chapter of AES, Secretary/Treasurer of Chapter 18 - SBE, and a member of the Broadcast Pioneers.

Frank Hogan

Mr. Hogan is the General Station Manager for WGLS-FM, the Rowan University radio station. He supervises two professional staff members and 140
students, community volunteers and alumni. Under his leadership WGLS-FM has won over 125 national and regional awards since 1993. The station has established itself as one of the premiere college radio stations in the nation.

Mr. Jones is Assistant Station Manager for WGLS, the Rowan University radio station. He is involved in training students who join the radio station and serves as a broadcaster for Rowan athletics.

Mr. Kloskey is the Director of the College of Communication’s Computer and Writing Labs. He supervises tutoring and oversees the operation of Bozorth's Mac labs.

Ms. Mummert is the academic Advisor for the College of Communication. Esther advises students and reviews senior academic records.

Sean O’Leary

Mr. O’Leary is the Film Production Coordinator for the college. He coordinates all film production activity, maintains the film equipment room and the digital cinema-editing suite.
He is the faculty co-advisor to the Cinema Workshop, Rowan’s student filmmaking organization.

Christopher Winkler

Mr. Winkler is the Television Production Coordinator for the College of Communication and oversees scheduling and production in two television studios, several audio and video editing suites, and manages the operation and flow of field production equipment in and out of the RTF Equipment Room. He supervises student lab assistants and provides technical training for equipment operation. He also serves as advisor to the student-run Rowan Television Network.
Outside of Rowan, Mr. Winkler works as a freelance camera operator, editor and associate director for productions by the Philadelphia Phillies, Comcast SportsNet and NFL Films.
