Richard (Rick) Linn has been performing as a "first-call" freelance After a distinguished public school teaching career, Mr. Linn recently retired, having taught music at all levels in Southern New Jersey for 31 years. Now at Rowan, in addition to teaching trombone, he is passing along his wealth of knowledge and experience supervising Student Teachers. Mr. Linn received a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education in 1975, and a Master of Music in Applied Trombone in 1977 from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, while working as a graduate assistant. During this time, he also played extra trombone with the Pittsburgh Symphony. |
