January 20, 2015: Spring Semester Lessons Begin
January 25: Atlantic Youth Brass Band & Rowan Youth Orchestra's first rehearsals of the semester
Febuary 4: High School Solo Vocal Artists Festival. Join the entire vocal division faculty of Rowan University for a full day of learning about solo singing! Participate in masterclasses and rehearsals. Learn about your voice and how it work. Explore solo singing. Spend the day immersed in Rowan's vocal department. Meet current vocal students & learn first-hand about their experiences. Registration deadline is January 16, 2015. Click here to register!
February 21-22: Mid-Atlantic Brass Band Festival & Atlantic Youth Brass Band Performance! Click here for more information.
April 25: Suzuki String Play In. Taking place at the Terraces at Park Place in Sewell, NJ at 3pm.
May 1: Final Tuition Payments Due
May 9: Rowan Prep Student Recitals! Recitals take place at noon, 2pm, and 4pm in Boyd Hall. Free and open to the public!
May 10: Rowan Youth Orchestra's Spring Concert!
May 11: Rowan University classes end.
May 25: Memorial Day Rowan Prep is closed for teaching.
May 28: Atlantic Youth Brass Band Final Concert! 7:30 pm, Millville Intermediate School
May 31: Rowan Prep Spring Semester Ends
June 1-July 31: Rowan Prep Summer Session
June 17: Online registration deadline for Summer Brass Ensemble. Description below. More information and registration link available here.
June 22-26: Summer Brass Ensemble. Open to brass players of all ages, Summer Brass Ensemble will explore exciting brass repertoire. Play old classics and new favorites! Rowan University Brass Faculty member Amy Bliss will lead the group through a week of rehearsals with a free concert for friends and family on Friday. Repertoire will be dependent on registrations, so encourage all of your brass-playing friends to join the excitement! More information available here.

August 3-6: Summer Vocal Ensemble. Open to singers entering grades 5-8, Summer Vocal Ensemble participants will enjoy a week of ensemble singing, and activities and games to build musicianship and a love for music! Age-appropriate groups will be formed to help singers develop vocal technique and other musical skills at their level. At the conclusion of the four-day session, students will have the opportunity to perform as an ensemble for friends and family . The ensemble will be directed and accompanied by two seasoned middle school choir teachers, Katharine Baer and Marilyn Rabbai. Tuition includes a music packet, which can be taken home after the performance. More information available here.
