Elaine Petrosino


Elaine E. Petrosino, M.S. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Instrumental Music/Performance from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) and a Master of Science in Non-Profit Management with a concentration in Arts & Culture from Rosemont College. She has been playing the flute for over 35 years and began teaching while still an undergraduate student. She was a student of Dr. Adeline Tomasone of the Opera Company of Philadelphia and Davidsbund Players and later studied with John Krell of the Philadelphia Orchestra. She has been on staff with Conservatory without Walls since 1990 and has been on staff of Mullica Hill Friends Community Arts Program and Moorestown Friends School since 2011. In addition, Elaine's extensive non profit experience both with the YMCA and now as an independent consultant, allows her to be a multi-faceted leader and performer. Elaine continues to play professionally within the local area. Most recently she played along with Dr. Tomasone and Dr. John Robert Cart at Weill Recital Hall in Carnegie Hall, NYC. She has also been heard at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Haddon Heights and St. Bartholomew's Church in Cherry Hill.
