- We follow Rowan University emergency/closing procedures.
- In instances of severe weather, Rowan Prep reserves the right to cancel classes and private lessons.
Rowan will notify the University community of a closing through the following ways:

- Rowan Radio 89.7 WGLS-FM.
- KYW News Radio 1060 AM
- KYW-3 television
- Dial 900-737-1060 (95 cents per call)
- Dial 856-256-INFO (856.256.4636), press "1"
