Date: Friday, April 23, 2010
The 13th Annual Rowan Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math (STEM) Student Research Symposium will be held on Friday, April 23, 2010 in the Eynon Ballroom of the Chamberlain Student Center. The posters will be presented in three sessions:
Session I: 10:00 - 11:30
Session II: 12:00 - 1:30
Session III: 2:00 - 3:30
The work presented represents science, technology, engineering, or mathematics research in which at least one Rowan student has had participation. The Symposium serves as an excellent opportunity for students conducting scholarly activity to learn how to communicate their work to others inside and outside of their field.
The 2010 STEM Symposium is being coordinated by Dr. Gregory Hecht (Dept. Biological Sciences) and is sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, The College of Engineering, the Biology Club, the Pre-Professional Society, and the Department of Biological Sciences. Grigoriy (Greg) Efros and Jeffrey Foster will be the STEM Student Coordinators this year.
