Alumna Kristen Brozina launching national book tour; holding book signing at Rowan

Date: Tuesday, May 3, 2011

Alumna and author Kristen Brozina will launch the national tour for her brand new book, The Reading Promise: My Father and the Books We Shared (Grand Central Publishing), on Tuesday, May 3.

Brozina's book outlines the lessons she learned during the 3,218-night reading streak she shared with her father. Following the reception, Brozina, who uses the pen name Alice Ozma, will present a reading and book signing at 7 p.m. in Rowan's Barnes & Noble Collegiate Superstore.
Just last year, Brozina graduated from Rowan with her bachelor's degree in English and a minor in theater. The Reading Promise is her first book.   You are invited to meet Brozina and learn more about her path from Rowan student to published author.
The Reading Promise has received rave reviews, including from Publisher's Weekly, which deemed it "humorous, generous and warmly felt" and a "rich, imaginative work."
