New Dean's Fellow Joins College
Michelle Ennis Soreth, Ph.D, BCBA-D, joins the Dean's Office as the Dean's Fellow of Program Evaluation. In her new role, Soreth will develop a comprehensive framework for a new format and process of program evaluation in CSM. Soreth is an Associate Professor in the Psychology Department and coordinator of the undergraduate Specialization in Behavioral Services for Children and their Families for psychology majors. She completed her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology with a Specialization in Behavior Analysis at Temple University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level (BCBA-D). Her academic expertise includes the experimental analysis of behavior, wide scale application and evaluation of applied behavior analysis (ABA), and the philosophy of behavior analytic theory.
Soreth will work with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Research and Planning and the academic departments in CSM to collect and analyze relevant data to meet the needs of program evaluation for the college.
