About Edward Chaloupka, Ph.D., P.T.
Dr. Edward C. Chaloupka received a B.A. in Health and Physical Education and a M.S. in Education (specialty in Exercise Physiology) from Queens College of the City University of New York; a Ph.D. concentrating in Human Gross Anatomy, Mammalian Physiology and Exercise Physiology from The Ohio State University; and a Certificate of Proficiency in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann Medical College. His primary research interest is in the cardiopulmonary and metabolic responses to exercise. He currently teaches Exercise Physiology with Laboratory, Exercise Physiology without Laboratory, Structure and Function of the Human Body I, Structure and Function of the Human Body II, and Exercise for Special Populations. He is a Research Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine.
