S. Jay Kuder, is chair of the Department of Language, Literacy, and Special Education at Rowan University in New Jersey. Dr. Kuder's research focuses on language learning and autism. He is the author or co-author of many research articles as well as of two books on the topic of language and literacy disabilities.
