Education Hall Meeting Spaces

Below are the policies and procedures individuals and groups must use to request a meeting space in Education Hall.
- Phone and in person requests for meeting space(s) will not be processed
- Requests are processed on a first come first serve basis.
- Meeting space(s) are to be reserved on specific dates.
- Reoccurring meeting space(s) requests should be made by those who plan to fully utilize the facilities on the dates requested.
- Meeting space reservations should be made using the online form. If you have an issue accessing this form please email edhallsupport@rowan.edu. This form has been tested on IE 6 and later, Netscape 8 and later, Firefox 1.5 and later, and Apple Safari.
- Meeting space reservations need to be made no later than the Thursday, 4:00pm the week before the reservation dates. This allows sufficient time for processing and reservation postings.
- Request(s) made by students will not be fulfilled. If an organization wishes to use the facilities, the advisor must make the request and be present during the event for supervision.
- Individuals/groups who reserve a meeting space are responsible for the setup and break down of the space. If you need the room set up in a specific manner, please email Debbie Coles in Facilities at colesd@rowan.edu.
- Individuals/groups are responsible for leaving the room as they found it. Chairs and tables should be put back in their appropriate place. Trash should be disposed of in the proper receptacles. Electronic equipment should be turned off.

- Holds approximately 100 individuals with divider open.
- Contains the following equipment:
- 2 Crestron touch panel screens (Please remember to request the password to the Crestron units when reserving this room.)
- 1 HP dc7600 CMT PC computer
- 2 electronic projection screen
- 2 ceiling mounted NEC MT 1065 projectors
- 1 3M overhead projector on a cart
- 1 Panasonic/JVC VCR
- 1 Panasonic DVD player
- Cable television running via the VCR
- Cables and outlets for laptop use during a presentation
- 1 wireless lapel microphone (email farney@rowan.edu to reserve this.)
- 1 wireless handheld microphone (email farney@rowan.edu to reserve this.)
- DVDs can be played using the DVD player installed in the TEC desk.
- This room can be divided into two smaller rooms. One side holds approximately 60 people (3091A) and one holds approximately 30 people (3091B.)
- A user guide is pending.
