Candidates:
No full-time clinical practice candidates. LSS hosts TLC 1 students – two sections (section 3 and section 16)

PDS Goals for 2010-2011
Pre-service: LSS will establish cooperating teacher mentors for at least 75 sophomore level students in TLC 1 and at least 3 clinical practice students in the 2010-2011 academic year.
In-service: All LSS faculty and staff will participate in at least three professional development sessions on building professional learning communities facilitated by Rowan liaison throughout the 2010-2011 academic year.
Research: Focus of research for 2010-2011 academic year is changes in attitudes and dispositions of pre-service teachers regarding teaching and learning in urban learning environments based on their field experiences.
Support for Children’s Learning: In partnership with the American Reading Company, all students at LSS will move at least one reading level in the 100 Book Challenge during the 2010-2011 academic year.
