J. Schaub Center
A veteran educator devoted to bringing the newest and best technology to the classroom; John J. Schaub served the university from 1965 to 1981 as math professor, president of the College Senate and 10-year department chair. His colleagues and students benefited from Schaub’s enthusiastic research and use of early personal computers, multimedia resources and technical devices. Named in honor of him, the Schaub Center, comprised of an open computer lab and instructional materials facility, is dedicated to providing the most innovative and inspiring educational tools to each successive generation of teachers at Rowan University.
