Jaclyn Navara is a senior mechanical engineering major who stays busy with school clubs and design projects. She is the president of the New Jersey Epsilon Chapter of Tau Beta Pi (National Engineering Honor Society) and is also an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers.

Jaclyn has worked as an intern for three different companies, including DuPont this past summer. Her future plans include earning a master’s degree, entering industry, becoming a head engineer, and finally teaching at the college level. Jaclyn feels Rowan University has effectively prepared her to achieve her goals and is a huge fan of the family-oriented atmosphere within the College of Engineering.
