The Rowan EWB student chapter is nothing without the support of faculty, friends, family, professional engineering companies, local service organizations, and individual donors.

Your contribution will allow Rowan’s EWB chapter to accept new members, expand the number of service projects we can take on, complete our existing projects, and continue to cultivate a group of leaders on campus and in the community.

Any and all donations are extremely helpful to our cause, and we are truly thankful for your support!

How the Money Helps

We are a financially responsible organization. All of the money donated is used to help us complete our projects. The money may be used to pay for:

Training that allows members to be more capable of successfully completing projects
Materials and equipment needed to implement solutions in our partner communities
Travel expenses

Adopt a Filter Progam

The student chapter of Engineers Without Borders at Rowan University aims to be a leader in partnering to provide a sustainable, community-driven solution for clean drinking water in La Ceiba, El Salvador. Help us by adopting a filter!

You can join us in our efforts by sponsoring a household biosand filter, in turn empowering a family with the necessary education and supplies to have clean drinking water in their home. A donation of $75 provides our team with the funds needed to construct and install a filter for one family.

To express our gratitude for your donation, you will receive a picture of the family and filter that you sponsored.

To donate, please follow the instructions below for "How to Make a Donation - Online or by mail." Please indicate in either the subject line of the RU Foundation website form or the memo line of your check that you are donating to "EWB Adopt a Filter." Also, please send an email to ewb@rowan.edu with your contact information so that we can provide you with a picture of your sponsored filter!

Making a donation is quick and easy!

To make a donation online go to https://giving.rufoundation.org.

When asked for the "donation designation" select OTHER. A box will appear that says " If you selected "Other," please indicate your designation in the space below: " In the box write EWB.

By Mail

Fill out a check as shown below. It is important to write "EWB" in the memo line!
