The New Jersey Energy Link project is a one-of-a-kind offshore backbone transmission system proposed to connect the offshore wind farms to be built off the coast of New Jersey to the state's terrestrial electricity grid. Come learn more about this exciting transmission project and, coupled with offshore wind farms, what it can mean for the state and region's economy, environment, and transmission capacity.
A networking session immediately follows the lecture, from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, in the atrium of Rowan Hall. This session is open to the entire range of the energy technical community.
