Biography:
Dr. Clearyis a Professor of Structural Engineering in the Civil & Environmental Engineering Department at Rowan University. He teaches courses in Structural Engineering as well as engineering mechanics and engineering clinics. His current research interests are in reinforced concrete, self-consolidating concrete, pervious pavements, and Education Innovation. Dr. Cleary has been at Rowan since Fall 1998. Before that he was an engineering with Black and Veatch Special Projects Corporation. He received his PhD, MS, and BSE in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
