Understanding Your Network Hard Drive

In order to login to the Westby Computer Art Lab computers you will need your Rowan username and password. This is the same username and password you would use to access your email online. If you do not know your username and password, or are unsure, please contact the Computer Support Desk at (856) 256-4400 ( use #4400 on campus), or visit the IT helpdesk in Memorial Hall.

When you login you will see a new hard drive icon appear on the desktop. For example, this icon may be named "Home1", "Home2", "Home3", etc... Inside this drive you will find a folder named with your Rowan classification. If you're a student, you will see a "Student" folder. If you're an employee, you will see an "Employee" folder. Inside this folder you will see a folder named with your Rowan username. Though other folders may exist, the folder with your Rowan username is the only one you will be able to save to and copy from. ALWAYS REMEMBER TO DRAG THE DISK ICON TO THE TRASH AFTER YOU ARE DONE. THIS WILL LOG YOU OFF.
