What constitutes a complete graduate application?

For the purposes of this contest, a complete application consists of the following, contained within a 13 x 19 (or similar) size envelope with the opening unsealed:

Graduate Application Form - to be completed in person at the Info Session
Statement of Objectives - typed and signed; click here to download guide
Two Letters of Recommendation - typed, signed, and each sealed in an envelope with the recommender's signature across the seal; click here to download guide
Official Transcript showing your highest degree conferred - sealed in an envelope, bearing the institution's raised seal and the signature of the Registrar
Official Standardized Test Scores - if your testing company will not send official scores to students, you may have them sent directly to The Graduate School prior to the Info Session

Certain programs have additional requirements for submitting your graduate application. Your application will not be considered complete if any of these items are not included in your submission.
