...You received this important number combination in a confirmation email (a) when you completed your graduate application form online or (b) when you completed your Take-a-Course form online. Your Banner ID is your student identification number here at Rowan University. If you do not have a Banner ID or have forgotten in and/or your password, visit University Support Systems online. |

...The Rowan Technology Toolbox has simple instructions on accessing your email through the Student Portal Page (look to the left side of the top menu bar on the page), how to obtain your Rowan network username and password, and more. |
| Register for your graduate courses online |

| Register your personal computer to access the Rowan network and/or your laptop for on-campus Wi-Fi access online |

| Get your Rowan ID Card Bursar's Office, Savitz Hall, lower level |
...The photo on the card identifies the carrier as the owner of the card. The card also identifies a person's status on campus (i.e., student or employee), entitling him or her to a specific set of privileges. A swipe of the magnetic stripe on the back will, as applicable, give students access to: RowanCard 'Boro Bucks Account (avoid carrying cash or credit cards), Meal Plan Account, Dining Dollar Account, University bookstore services, Rec Center privileges, Mail Room privileges, Campbell Library privileges, After-hours building access (where available), Vending machines, Campus copiers. | Get your books online and at the Rowan University Bookstore |
...Go to the Rowan University Bookstore website, enter your courses, and the required/recommended books for your class schedule will be displayed. You can then buy online and select your delivery options: either pick up your order at the Bookstore or have them shipped directly to your house. Add/drop protection for all text purchases is complimentary. See the Bookstore for full details. |
| Update your immunizations / Health Center forms Student Health Center & Your family doctor |
...New Jersey State Law requires that all full and part-time undergraduate and graduate students provide evidence of of immunization for measles, mumps, and rubella as a prerequisite to enrollment. Failure to submit the required documentation will result in the denial of future registration privileges. Visit the Student Health Center's website for complete information on health information required for all graduate students (you can click on the "Graduate/Certification/CPCE Student Forms" link to download everything you'll need in one convenient packet). |

...All Rowan students, faculty, and staff are required to utilize a permit, which is registered to your vehicle, and is transferable up to three vehicles. The permit is to be affixed to your vehicle on the driver's rear side window. Visit the Public Safety website for complete instructions on obtaining the proper decal from ThePermitStore.com. |
| Apply for financial aid | ...Graduate students enrolled in a minimum of 4.5 semester hours at the graduate level are eligible for student loan assistance. Graduate Assistantships are available each semester (see below), as well as scholarships, Graduate Research Assistants, Federal Student Assistance, Graduate Student Grants, Veterans' Assistance, Federal Work Study, and simple payment plans. ...The full-time graduate assistantship program for matriculated graduate students who are enrolled in a degree-bearing program provides a tuition waiver for up to 12.0 credits per semester for each of the Fall and Spring semesters and a stipend of $5000 per year (Fall and Spring semesters). | Where to park |
...Graduate students may utilize all lots designated for commuter students. Commuter student lots include A, C, D, M-1, R, and Y. Evening commuter students may use employee lots, H, Z-1 and P, between 4:30pm-12:00 midnight, Monday-Friday. There is no overnight parking permitted in commuter or employee lots.
