The Graduate School knows you have places to go and goals to reach. We'll help you get registered for your classes and get on with your day. Just follow the simple 3-step process outlined below to register for graduate courses using Rowan University's online course registration system.

If at anytime you have questions about registering for classes, you can reach the Ofice of the Registrar at 856-256-4350 during their weekday business hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm.

Instructions for Registration using Rowan's Student Self Service
(For Matriculated & Pre-Matriculated graduate students)

  • Click here for instructions on registering for classes as a fully matriculated or pre-matriculated student using Rowan University's online class registration portal (opens in a new window).

If you are prevented from registering, please check to see if there are “Hold Flags” or “holds” on your account screen and why they are there. Only the department or office which has placed the flag on your record, can remove it. For example, if you have not turned in required health forms, you will need to contact the Student Health Center.

If you continue to be prevented from accessing registration services, you may call the Office of the Registrar 856-256-4350 from 8:30am and 4pm on any of your scheduled registration days.

Instructions for Registration using Take-a-Course
(For Non-Matriculated graduate students)

  • Click here for instructions on registering for classes as a non-matriculated student using our Take-a-Course registration (opens in a new window).

If you have any questions about the Take-a-Course registration, please feel free to contact Alicia Groatman at The Graduate School at groatman@rowan.edu.
